Peggie solves people and organizational problems. Twenty-six years ago, she listened to her entrepreneurial voice and curiosity about what makes people and organizations tick and founded Koenig Leadership Advisory, a successful organizational consulting and executive coaching practice. She has extensive experience working with individuals from all walks of life and organizations who want to find purposeful effectiveness. Peggie has served the community on a wide variety of boards, most recently as Board member and Chair of the Greater Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce. She recently joined the Board of Hope Restored Canada, an organization that works to make positive change for individuals who have been involved in human trafficking and sexual exploitation. When she's not running her business, you'll find her hiking with her husband in the backwoods of some far away country, or trying to coax (and coach) the seeds in her garden to grow. As she says, “Curiosity about the world and universe is the basis for growth and innovation. Curiosity is taking risks, asking questions, and growing in all directions.”
